At its simplest, "the bare minimum" is a phrase; it defines an operational task. But in a world where good can be great, better is bested, and top will forever be topped, it has been twisted and manipulated into something that causes shame, anxiety, and self doubt. It has been weaponized. Now...what would happen if we challenged this phrase? Rebranded it? What impact could we have on people if we taught them to take it back? Can we teach the exercise of fierce self care and confidence building by mastering it?
